# Sync Actions

> Learn how to sync text content and translations between Figma and the Lokaliser dashboard.

### Push from Figma to Lokaliser

Select text → Create or link to key → Click **Push ↑**

### Pull from Lokaliser to Figma

Open **Keys** tab → Click **Pull ↓** to fetch updated translations
